Outgoing briefing meetings have been carried out successfully

Students who have been assigned a mobility destination for the next academic year 2016/17 have been called to a briefing meeting to receive information on mobility procedures

A total of seven briefing meetings were carried out during the months of March and April. They were held on different dates, at different times and on different campuses so that all students could attend. In total, more than 500 students were given information about the international mobility programmes Erasmus+, MOU and ISEP.

In these sessions the students were told what procedures they had to follow to apply for the various programmes and were given a folder with documentation. They were informed of funding sources and where to find information. Students were invited to ask any questions that they might have at this point of the process, when the mobility dates are rapidly approaching.

This year one of the meetings was recorded and posted on the mobility website so that those students who were unable to attend would be able to access the information that is essential for their future stay abroad.
