The document states: “Spanish universities cannot remain indifferent to the plight of refugees that we have been witnessing in recent months. Therefore, all Spanish universities attending the CRUE\u2019s General Assembly on 7 September 2015, without prejudice to individual actions that each may take, agree the following:<\/p>\n

  1. To enable university access for refugee students who are university students in their country of origin<\/li>\n
  2. To enable collaboration with Spanish universities for refugees who are university professors in their country of origin<\/li>\n
