The programme is a URV initiative aimed at increasing its numbers of researchers, enhancing doctoral programmes, promoting doctoral theses and strengthening the training of its doctoral community with regard to research and innovation projects.<\/p>\n<p>The contracts on offer are linked to thirteen university departments, have a duration of four years and are primarily financed by the University&#8217;s own funds. The beneficiaries of the contracts will be required to undertake a doctoral thesis at the University, will have access to an extensive training programme and high-quality research infrastructure and will have the chance to collaborate in teaching duties.
