In this exhibition, you will learn about their mission and you will discover people involved in research and improvement in the treatment and diagnosis of cancer, such as Itziar Salaverr\u00eda or Mariano Barbacid.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crai.urv.cat\/en\/about\/crais\/5\/crai-medicina-i-ciencies-de-la-salut\">Medicine and Health Sciences CRAI<\/a> (Reus) will host the exhibition from October 25 to November 6 on the first floor. The exhibition will then travel to CRAI campus Terres de l\u2019Ebre and CRAI Catalunya. Check the tour schedule<a href=\"https:\/\/www.crai.urv.cat\/en\/diary\/\"> here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With headquarters in Tarragona and Spain, the AECC is a non-profit organization made up of patients, relatives, volunteers, collaborators, and professionals. The organization leads the effort of the Spanish society to reduce the impact caused by cancer and to improve people\u2019s lives. Its work is based on three main areas: the promotion of research, health education, and personal support and accompaniment.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition consists of 13<em> roll-ups<\/em> that reflect the history of the AECC. This historical review covers the creation of the association or the description of the most important achievements and last advances in research to which it has supported.
