SUCTI (Systemic University Change towards Internationalization) is a European project that forms part of the Erasmus + KA203 Strategic Partnerships initiative and is supported by the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE). The three-year project will be funded by the European Commission and coordinated by the URV’s International Center, with partners in Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Spain.
The International Center has been offering internationalisation training courses for URV staff since 2011. The courses have had very positive results, which has led the University to export the initiative to other institutions both in Spain and other countries and to introduce it to the SGroup European Universities Network, of which it is a member. The SGroup is an associate member of the project.
Among the project’s initiatives will be to create training courses for trainers, to hold open seminars at each participating university and their regions, to draw up a report on the internationalisation of university administrative staff and to create a network of trainers.
