A delegation from the Guilin Tourism University had visited the URV to discuss possible joint projects between the two universities

The URV’s Centre for Hispanic Studies was visited by a delegation from the Guilin Tourism University on 29 September. The delegation was headed by Lin Na (Party Secretary), who was accompanied by Qin Bin (Director General of the Department of Education), Wu Shizhong, (Director of the Sixth Secretary Division, Guangxi Autonomous Region), Luo Yaoguang (Deputy Director of the Division of International Cooperation and Exchange, Department of Education of the Guangxi Autonomous Region), and Liu Aiping, (Executive Dean of the International School of Hospitality Management).

The members of the delegation were received by the director of the Centre for Hispanic Studies, Esther Forgas; the executive secretary of the Centre and head of the Bachelor’s Degree in Hispanic Language and Literature, Antoni Nomdedeu; the director of the Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law, Àngel Urquizu; and the Centre’s Chinese teacher and president of the Association of Chinese Students in Tarragona, Zhu Rongrong. They discussed possible joint projects between the two universities.
