URV students can evaluate CRAI services and resources in a new satisfaction survey

From 2 to 22 November, students enrolled at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili in bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral programmes during the 2026-27 academic year will be able to take part in a new satisfaction survey on the CRAI’s resources, spaces and services.

The aim is to gather users’ opinions and identify needs and opportunities for improvement that will help align services, spaces and facilities with the expectations and needs of the student community.

The survey takes less than 4 minutes to complete and will remain available until 22 November 2026. Survey link.

To encourage participation, 20 URV merchandise items will be raffled among all participants who complete the survey: 10 hoodies and 10 backpacks. The terms and conditions of the prize draw can be consulted.

Feedback gathered through previous surveys has already helped drive several improvements at the CRAI. These include extending document loan periods, introducing soundproof booths for videoconferencing, installing whiteboards in group study areas, and increasing in the number of power outlets at study tables, among other measures.

The CRAI encourages all students to take part, as their opinions are a key tool for ensuring that services and facilities continue to meet the real needs of the university community.

• Eligible participants: bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral students enrolled at the URV during the 2026-27 academic year.
• Participation: one response per student.
• Prize draw: 10 URV hoodies and 10 URV-branded backpacks.
