The CRAI user satisfaction survey for students aims to detect new needs and improve the services offered

Within the framework of the CRAI’s internal quality management system, in the past months of May and June, the user satisfaction survey was conducted for students enrolled at the URV during the 2022-23 academic year. The objective has been to know their degree of satisfaction, valuing the attention of the staff, facilities, equipment, resources and services offered by the CRAI. The results will make it possible to detect new needs and improve the services offered.

On June 30, the raffle was held among all the participants in the CRAI user satisfaction survey. David Mir Gómez, a student from the Sescelades campus, was the winner. On July 17, 2023, the digital tablet was handed over to the student on the Catalunya campus by the Vice-Rector for Doctoral Studies and the CRAIs, Carmen Gómez Buendía.
