These lockers have three types of connectors (USB-C, Micro USB and Lightning) and a plug for charging laptops

The CRAIs on the URV campuses have since November 4 new equipment, charger cabinets. With this new service the user will be able to charge their portable devices, be it laptops, mobile phones or tablets.

The acquisition of this equipment comes from the participative budgets , as it was one of the proposals made by the URV students in last year’s campaign. As a result of this proposal, mobile and laptop charging cabinets have been purchased for campus CRAIs.

Each of these cabinets consists of 10 cabinets containing three types of connectors (USB-C, Micro USB and Lightning), as well as a plug for charging laptops. Using it is convenient and safe since it has some locks with a numerical combination. In other words, the user only has to connect the device and put a password in the lock to close the locker.

On the other hand, this acquisition is also part of the CRAI’s Strategic Plan 2024-27, as the CRAI works on the continuous improvement of spaces and equipment.
