The URV internationalisation strategy is presented at the Academic Cooperation Association seminar

ACA Strategy Seminar on the impact of internationalisation.

On 11 June, the Academic Cooperation Association organised a Strategy Seminar on “The impact of internationalisation – putting together the puzzle” where the Director of the International Center of the URV, Marina Casals, participated as speaker at the opening panel “Setting the scene: impact, internationalisation, assessment” and also at the parallel session on the institutional impact, where she talked about Impact of student and staff mobility on the higher education institutions.

The URV was invited to share its experience of measuring the extent of internationalisation through its own Strategic Internationalisation Plans (PEI 2009-2013; 2014-2019), its participation in the IMPI project (Indicators for Mapping and Profiling Internationalisation, European Project), its involvement in the development of the Catalan System of Internationalisation Indicators and its participation in training in Strategic Internationalisation Planning at the EAIE Academies.

ACA is a dynamic think tank in the area of international cooperation in higher education. Its goal is to promote the innovation and internationalisation of European higher education and its main activities include research and analyses, evaluations, consultancy, advocacy and publications among others. ACA strategy seminars are well known among professionals in international higher education as important forums for strategy reflection and debate.
