Exhibition “What is Fair Trade?” at CRAI campus Catalunya

As part of the campaign “And you, what do you choose? #IChooseFairTrade”, CRAI campus Catalunya hosts the exhibition “What is Fair Trade?”

From May 15 to 29, the exhibition “What is Fair Trade?” can be visited at CRAI campus Catalunya. This initiative is organized by URV Solidària within the framework of the campaign “Do you choose? And you, what do you choose? #IChooseFairTrade”, which promotes more responsible consumption alternatives committed to people and the environment.

Through a series of informative infographics, the exhibition brings the principles of fair trade closer to the university community. Fair trade is a commercial model based on dialogue, transparency, and respect, working to ensure decent working conditions, fair prices for producers, and sustainable practices from a social, economic, and environmental perspective.

The exhibition highlights the values that underpin this movement, such as environmental sustainability, gender equality, the defense of labor rights, and the fight against child exploitation.

This activity is part of a campaign that reminds us that, in our daily lives, we have many alternatives at our disposal that promote a more respectful and transformative model. Choosing Fair Trade, Ethical Finance, and the Social Economy is also a way of contributing, through our everyday decisions, to a fairer and more sustainable world.
