Marina Casals, head of the URV’s International Center, is the author of the article “Targeting administrative staff. Getting staff on board with internationalisation”, which deals with the internationalisation programmes for administrative staff that are taught at the URV. The article was published in the winter issue of the magazine FORUM – Discussing International Education, which is dedicated to Internationalisation at Home and addressed to the members of the European Association for International Education (EAIE).
Once the editorial committee had evaluated the contributions sent in by various international experts, they decided to publish this article for its value and potential interest. The magazine comes out 3 times a year and is sent to all members of the EAIE, including the URV. The EAIE has about 2800 members principally in Europe but also around the world.
The term Internationalisation at Home was coined by the EAIE in 1999 and has been firmly established.
